BatchLink is operated out of Florida. You can reach us by mail at: 425 W Colonial Dr Ste 101 #768, Orlando, FL 32804. (Business legal name to be added here once finalized.)
When you use the free batch tool, we store your email address and the batch details you enter (product name, batch number, test date, lab name, compliance notes) and any PDF you upload, so the page can be displayed publicly at its permanent link. When you subscribe to the dashboard, we also collect your brand name via Stripe, our payment processor.
We do not collect passwords — free and paid access both work via a private link tied to your email or your subscription, not an account login.
Your batch information is used for exactly one purpose: generating and hosting the public page and QR code you asked for. We also keep basic, aggregated usage counts (page views, batches created, checkout activity) to understand whether the product is useful — these counts are not tied to your identity in anything we publish or share.
Batch pages you create (free or paid) are public by design — anyone with the link or QR code can view them, since they're meant to be scanned off a printed product label. Don't put anything in a batch page you don't want publicly visible.
We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service: Netlify (hosting and data storage), and Stripe (payment processing for the paid dashboard). We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
All payment information is handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only "memory" the site keeps is the batch/brand data described above, tied to your email or subscription — nothing tracks you around the web.
Batch pages are kept live indefinitely, since they're printed on physical product labels and need to keep working. If you'd like a batch page taken down or your account data deleted, contact us using the address below and we'll handle it — noting that removing a page that's printed on live inventory may affect your own label compliance, so that's your call to make.
BatchLink is a B2B tool for businesses labeling their products. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
