Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

This reflects how BatchLink actually works today. It has not yet had a lawyer's review — treat it as accurate but not final legal advice.

The service

BatchLink hosts publicly-accessible pages showing product batch and lab testing information that you provide, along with a QR code linking to that page. We display exactly what you enter — we do not verify or certify the accuracy of any lab result, compliance claim, or certificate you upload.

Free and paid tiers

The free tool lets you create up to 2 batch pages per email address, at no cost, indefinitely. The paid dashboard ($29/month) removes that limit and lets you manage all your batches, with your branding instead of ours, from one place.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish and for complying with the labeling and testing laws that apply to your products and jurisdiction. BatchLink is a hosting and formatting tool, not a compliance or legal service, and using it does not guarantee your product labels meet any particular state's requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not use BatchLink to publish false lab results, impersonate a testing laboratory or another business, or host anything unrelated to a real product's batch/compliance information. We may remove content or terminate access for clear abuse of the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid dashboard subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and can be canceled at any time from your billing portal. If you cancel, every batch page you've already published stays live and keeps working — we won't take down a page that might be printed on inventory already on shelves — but you won't be able to add new batches until you resubscribe.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms. You can stop using the service at any time; see "Subscriptions and billing" above for what happens to your existing pages.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BatchLink isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any compliance or labeling issues arising from information you published.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
